Tap Takeover @ Eli Cannons - May 31st

    Hey all, if you haven't had a chance to try our beer...then May 31st is probably the best it can get. We know our distribution is very limited and our hours right now preclude a lot of folks from stopping by the brewery (we are planning on expanding our hours in June).

    Saturday, May 31st starting at 6pm @ Eli Cannons in Middletown - Stubborn Beauty's tap takeover will feature 11 of our beers, including 3 special releases!

    The "unofficially official" beer list:

    Consummation - Wheat IPA
    How Rye I Am - Rye Saison
    Two Headed Boy - Special Release IPA
    Prompt Peeper - Imperial Rye Ale
    Kommandant Lassard - Dunkelweizen
    Porter Justice - Porter
    Nummy Nummy - IIPA
    TRAAXX - Belgian Blonde
    Speaking in Tongues - Black IPA
    Singularity - Special Release, 14% Imperial Stout
    And one more - yet to be named - americanized farmhouse, late hopped, pale ale sort of thing...fermented with a blend of belgian strains.

    Although I haven't had a chance to try any of your beer,I do love the name of the Dunkelweizen,:wink:

    Unfortunately no. Still getting our production legs underneath us so our festival presence will be somewhat limited. We did the Thread City one a couple of weeks ago and we will be at Ski Sundown on 6/21 and Beer Gods on 8/4. Hopefully we have room to fit 1-2 more in over the summer.

    I would love to dedicate a beer to Oh Comely, with the label simply being all the lyrics...except that, well we'd most likely get sued and to a greater extent - I don't think they make a bottle big enough to fit all those lyrics...although if we made it that far and anyone actually read it, I am positive they would try to have us committed.

    Yeah, it's true blue- raw and earnest, breaks your heart then rebuilds it stronger every time. And yes, you'd need to bottle in magnums. Also, from a marketing standpoint, you might find that a lot of guys'd hesitate to put any beverage with the word "come" in its name near their lips :wink:
