Alesmith. 10 beers, each of which is in the Top 10 percent of its style, if not Top 5. Possible exception to their Belgians, which don't quite compare to the ones actually from Belgium (though compare rather favorably to most American-made ones).

in my opinion top three year round breweries are as follows, in order. 1) SN- pale ale, torpedo, kellerweiss, stout; 2)victory- hop devil, prima pils, storm king, dirt wolf. 3) Sixpoint- bengali tiger, sweet action, resin, the crisp. i don't know that these are the absolute best breweries, but in terms of year round selection, i think these guys are hard to top.

Victory and Great Lakes come to mind. I need a brewery that has a balance between ales and lagers.

Try to justify it all you want, GL can't get close to the best. If Chillwave was all that, they would add it to their regular lineup. Sorry, I love GL but they are out of their league.

Russian Rivers 3 year roundersn PTE, Blind Pig and Damnation, beat pretty much anyone else's 4.
But if it has to be at least 4:

Surly has Furiousn Bender, Coffee Bender,Cynical and Hell.
A lineup that is not too shabby.

KNEEL BEFORE KADONNY, FOOLISH PLEBIANS, FOR HE IS HOLDER OF THE MASTER PALATE AND ARBITER OF WHAT IS AND IS NOT "ALL THAT".

But really, that's cool. Just go ahead and pass your Chillwave over here, I'll finish it off for ya.

To me it would have to be Unibroue!!! They are not only in a handful of states but all over North America.
LaFinDuMonde, Trois Pistoles, Don DeDeiu, Maudite, and the list goes on.
They are the only brewery I know of who make a number of "world class" beers that i can find wherever I go, whether at home or on vacation. Great beers, reasonably priced and readily available everywhere. I do not believe any other brewery meets all those criteria.

Nope, I like Chillwave so I'll keep it. Still, there is no refuting my opinion, it's black and white, really. Take off the GL glasses and just look at things clearly.
