    Thanks for sharing guys. We've not opened any but a bit sad on the carb issues. Though the new aftw and cherry Adam are flat they are really good. I wonder why it is so many beers get under carb'd? Think it would be a no brainer to ensure it was properly done.

    For every living ale that is under carbonated, there's one that's over carbed. Trying to nail the carbonation of a living ale, that may or may not continue fermenting in the bottle, is more art than science.

    Except for you know, the whole science aspect of residual yeast fermenting the residual sugars in the bottle. :wink:

    Don't be sad fella, I would guess that the carb picks up over time.

    Holy shit! Somebody should tell brewers about this, they have just been guessing this entire time.
