I'm in 2 13-run BIF's, and I have the Yanks in this one, and the Mets in the other. They both need the exact same numbers to win, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13. Last night the Mets won 9-7. FML.

Damn, just now catching up on this thread. Been MIA for a while. It is nice knowing my and Damina74Shenky's Stros are locks to win the main BIF!

To pay/repent for my recent MIA'ed'ness, I will wager the following Mini BIF.

Starting today 5/14, the first team to have a "Inside the Park Home Run" will get a tasty 85+ Bomber of my choice.

Two catches,

1. I am horrible and tracking these things so if for some reason I don't catch it, let me know if you win.

2. Since Damina74Shenky and I are sharing the Stros, if the Stros are the first team to hit, he gets the bomber.

 

Awesome 2 run HR in the bottom of the 8th. I'm now in the "Waiting for 13" club.

thanks @SePaMc and you're not alone in the new class of down to oners... the Marlins and @OPJohn are now looking for a nice easier twelver to wrap up round 1.

 

Keep rubbing it in...Cards are good enough that no one is scoring on them, and bad enough that can't score themselves. I'm not even close to either BIF; but might be winning my own mini-BIF for the team with the least number of scores ticked...

All is good, still having a good time.

 

We can put some side action on how good the Cards are...

 

All these down to one-ers have me solidly in a slot for a chance at the @Dave_Treat mini-BIF for futility! One benefit of the Phils and their fabulous season thus far haha

 

Things are looking up but it's gonna be rough pulling off a 12'er against the Giants.
