If that's Kopi Luwak, I'm sure people will pay that price.

It's super overpriced but taste a lot better than some of FFF craptastic overpriced offerings

It's only normal barrel aged from what I can tell. I don't care if it gives me a handy while I drink it, I'm not paying 40 bucks for it

For $5 more, you can buy a fifth of Laphroaig 10 year old.

Don't they know this is bourbon county country? We take our barrel-aged stouts in four-packs around here...

Wait, are you telling me BASS is on the shelf in Wisconsin?! Since when? Also, I'll take one. I love that beer (and when you compare it to similar offerings from FFF, Bruery, etc., it's actually not that terribly overpriced). Seriously, though, if you don't mind muling one or two for me, there's a nice thank you box in it for ya.

I have had it a couple times and it is dam good. I would
    even pay 10 bucks for a 10 ounce pour but I wouldn't
pay 40 bucks for a bottle if it came with a reach around.

They must be mistaken themselves for being super metal.!

I don't see wax, nor is it sold at FFF.....therefore, deff. NOT worth any more than maybe $15.

I prefer to GIVE handys for my BA beer...get your game up!

From what I hear it is around $30 in Cali. $10.00 up charge to get it in the midwest aint so bad. Had some of the Wee Heavy regular and BA back to back at a bottle share and it was quite good but that $40 price tag will make you take a step back.

I talked with an Alesmith rep during Milwaukee Beer Week and she said they saved a pallet of these just for Wisconsin. I also believe it's the 2013 version since we got it before the brewery release. I know of a couple stores that still have a few bottles. Being in the land of New Glarus, Central Waters, and Goose Island, a $40 bottle is a tough sell.

Was at Woodmans in Oak Creek on Sunday and they had it for the low, low price of $37.99. It's pricy but still made the walk out of the store, without it, very painful.

I think all the BA Speedways are turding up the shelves in WI. Not many want to reach that deep into their pockets for beer that isn't all that extraordinary.
