beer and basketball Bostonish...

    I like beer. I like basketball. I like Boston. This may sound crazy but I'm interested in getting together a group to appreciate all three. It would go like this. We meet at a central location near Boston. Play basketball. Sweat as humans tend to and then head to a predetermined location to replenish with some tasty beers. Could be a house for sharing, bar, or an alley. It's a mufti-faceted enjoyment approach that I hope at least one person will be into.

    Sounds like great fun, be considerate of non-participants, remove sweaty garb before entering venue. :grinning:

    This is a great idea. I would be down, but I only play quidditch. But I encourage other, non-quidditch, pro-B-ball folks to play with this gentleman's (basket)balls.

    Don't make me find out what the "Report" button does, sir! I meant... well I forget. Anyhow, if you don't mind the fact that I am terrible at organized sport, I wouldn't mind a pick-up game.
