By a land slide Cantillon Mamouche. High on the list of reasons of why it's unique is the fact that it's made with elder flowers. I'm pretty sure its the only elder flower I've ever drank, and I still wouldn't know an elder flower if I saw one. In addition to just tasting flowery / vegetal it was also sour, a little blue cheesy, and little lemony. Some how that was all combined together in a way that was still very drinkable but very strange. No other beer I've had to compare it to.

Second most unique beer was "Tree Beer" by Faction Brewing that I had on draft at Drake's brewing. If memory serves it was an IPA literally brewed with spruce tree branches. It tasted like I imagine a Christmas tree would. The guy who poured it for me said the brewer was pissed and thought the beer still needed more tree. Not a problem alot of brewers have had i suppose.

Nanny state on cask at the rake in borough market. Shocking hop tea brew...essentially no alcohol. The beer gets hammered in reviews -- but on cask it was really drinkable. The brew dog guys do a lot of crazy stuff -- some work and some don't. Would love to try NS again to figure out if it really works ....

I do not really seek unique and one offs much,
KBS seems unique at one time years ago before it was discovered....
I do not really think about it much its something tickers do, and I are not one. :grinning:

I was apprehensive about just how well they'd be able to get the PB&J flavor in a beer but they did a damn good job.

3 Sheeps' Ewephoria, a ginger chocolate stout that was pleasantly surprising. I didn't expect much but it was delicious.

Aventinus for me, a couple other German brewers come close but Tap 6 is truly unique, even within the style.
These others come to mind; Midas Touch, La Chouffe, Mad River's John Barleycorn, Backwoods Bastard.
