After putting three Easy Jack back like they were water, it's onto this non-water beer

This is unlike any other that I've had. Nose is quasi-Bigfoot, lighter on malt, and the flavor is really unique.
Sweeter and less malty than what I was used to for "fresh" (this IS a '14) or aged.
It's not a BW and it's not an aged TIPA.
But whatever the fuck it's falling under right now, I'm sporting 2/3 chub.
I see a few more four packs (other than all that I have in my cellar) before this disappears.
Gigity gigity!

 

First night of the year where it's actually warm enough to sit on the porch after dark and enjoy the night sky. This beer is a local favorite of mine, Badger Hill High Road Everyday Ale. Cheers to a perfect night!

 

Not drinking any more tonight I've got a mission in the morning, after I take my daughter to school that is. I found out today that where I live just started getting some Maine Beer Co.,several Against the Grain beers, & Coast Boy King is in stock. It could be an expensive outing for me.

myself, i picked up some weyerbacher heresy hoping it recently jumped up in quality like insanity did a few years ago.

no dice, but i put some homemade vanilla extract in it, and it's not bad. can't complain.

Funny I was just telling a friend the same thing over the weekend. It is the best forgotten regular we have ever had. Hate to take it for granted. Learning in my old age . . . .

Metallic, coffee sweet vanilla bean. Not picking up on the chili peppers as much as bomb but still a great stout.

I'm listening to it on 680. Fucking hate they say To-lo or Car-Go instead of Tulowitzski or Calos Gonzales. They're opposing players John Miller, not Giants! Say their name bitch!!

 

No new beer Wednesdays. Finishing up a 2014 bigfoot. Earlier shared a bottle of Lolita and cleared the last bottles of SN nooner and snow wit out of the fridge. Both of those are pretty uninspired. Bigfoot is always terrific though!

I am so proud that this beer is made in Maryland.. Going to be having this with fresh steamed crabs in the future without question!
