    Top 5:

Wild Sour Ale (Absolutely incredible beer)

Staghorn (Nothing in the world tastes better than staghorn in Northern Wisconsin on a cool fall day)

Hometown Blonde (My favorite summer beer. So damn drinkable)

Snowshoe Red Ale (In my opinion their most underrated beer. Such a drinkable red ale, I can put away a 6 pack before realizing it)

Dancing Man Wheat (for someone who normally avoids wheat beers, this one is outstanding)

Honorable mentions: Moon Man, IIPA, Enigma, Gueuze, Berliner Weiss, Yokel, Old English Porter

Dan is renowned as one of the originators of American Wild and Tart(sour) beers, and a true master when it comes to using wheat as a component in a variety of ways, what I feel he is underappreciated at is his hopping technique. His hop forward beers are amongst the most mesmerizingly fragrant in the business, plus somehow, some way,his hop beers retain that fresh aroma and flavor for longer periods of time then most. Don't believe me? Scream, and you'll understand

Yeah, I've always thought Moon Man holds up over time remarkably well for a low ABV pale ale.
