Maine Beer Co. Dinner

Planning to grab a case tomorrow. Gonna trade at least a few bottles in person if anyone's in the Westford, MA area. Already have a trade in place for some HT but definitely willing to trade for Lawson's or just about anything really good.

 

I am actually buying for 9 people (including myself) so the 3 cases will be just perfect....

 

Anyone from Western Mass going? I would love to trade for a few bottles.

If anyone is getting their max for "friends" and is interested in working out a trade for HT or perhaps KBS, I'm in the Malden/Medford/Melrose area and would love to discuss. Shoot me a message if there's any interest in that.

 

Line is pretty small now, 15-20ish waiting now. A guy working there said about 300 cases were put together. I'd call to see what they have left. It's tough to tell because it was really chaotic

Yeah it was pretty crazy. I'm not shocked at all.

 

Dinner is such a good beer....if it was even $2 cheaper it would easily destroy a lot of the dipa's in the market

 

I am a big MBC fan, I mostly limit my purchases to Another One, Lunch and MO due to price points, but I am excited to try Dinner at some point. My hope is that with the demand shown today, they will brew more and next time I am up in ME I can grab a couple.

 

Wow! Smart move by MBC to have a 3 case limit. Encourages people from out of state to come up by making it worth their while (high limit).

They made a quarter million dollars in a few hours today.

No way, they had 3600 bottles retailed at $8.00 is 28,800.

 

You are correct (I estimated $25k a week ago as well. See page 2) not sure why I wrote 250k.

 

Still a nice payday and hopefully incentive to make some more!
