Sorry for the long radio silence!

We have been expanding our area and are now fully signed with distributors across the entire state of Mississippi.

Currently, we are draft only so that means we are only in bars/restaurants and a few growler fill stations.

Our bottling line has had a few issues, one of them major. The fill levels were never on par with what was acceptable to me. There was a 5-7mm variance across 100 bottles filled. So we have had all 40 valves replaced. Not rebuilt. All 40 are brand new valves. We should have them installed in the next couple weeks and the timing adjusted. I know many across the state want our beer available at retail and it has been my number 1 priority to get this line running asap. I am glad I see the light at the end of that tunnel!

We also have an agreement in place with a distributor in New Orleans. We are now waiting on the state to get the paperwork back and we will quickly move our draft product in.

    Current Lineup includes:

River Ale - 4.8% abv 48 ibu 'extra pale ale'
This beer is a hybrid pale ale in which we use about 90% pilsner malt in the grain bill. It is a really nice hot weather beer.

Copperhead - 5.65% abv 65 ibu 'hoppy amber'
Our best seller thus far, we wanted to make an amber that stood apart from the other ambers in the region, so we added a pretty healthy dose of bittering hops.

    Mississ-IPA - 6%abv 78 ibu obviously, india pale ale
Our goal here was NOT to make a hop bomb, but a balanced IPA that was brewed for our customers in the South that weren't looking for a beer that fights back, but something that was enjoyable but at the same time, complex.

Testify - 9% abv 20 IBU - bourbon barrel aged milk stout (limited release draft and bomber)
This is my favorite style of beer and a pet project for me. When I opened the brewery my goal was to create this beer and our head brewers really nailed it. We were going for something along the lines of 'Very Very Mad Cow' from Revolution Brewing in Chicago.

We also have a brown ale and a wheat beer that will be out this year.

The brewery is open for public tours on Friday afternoons, with start times at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm.
They are free and we do have sampling of at least 4 beers on the tour.

Again, sorry for the long silence... and thanks for the huge support that has been given so far!

Good news! I live in TN... once your bottling line is up and running, will you branch out a bit? I will try to make a trip down to North MS and see if I can find some of your stuff... anywhere in Corinth you guys will make it?

We are at Smith's in Corinth.
Are plan is to get our draft into New Orleans, let that settle a few months to make sure we have the capacity, and then the very next market will be Memphis. I'd guess right now that will happen in August/September.

Testify draft should be out within the next week. Bombers will follow closely behind.
Currently, since the bombers are VERY limited, we will only place them in craft beer specialty stores.

We've got maybe four growlers worth left at Joe's. We are now out of empty growlers completely so you have to bring your own if you come

Testify is the shit. Wife and I split a growler over the weekend. The bourbon taste is killer. Goes great with oatmeal cookies and deep dish pizza. Find some and testify!

I've had all three of the current lineup except the Testify so I got to track that down before you chumps drink it all! Any tips on where to find a pint or growler fill in the Golden Triangle area?

We will be shipping out bombers if your local growler shop runs out of draft.

Try The Smoke Stack in West Point and please request our beers if you don't see them!

Glad you all are enjoying the brews!

Yeah the Smoke stack is always up to date on local beers but last time I was there I was told they had phased out the growler fills so I'll keep an eye out for it around town. Thanks for the reply!

Drinking from a growler... Good amount of Bourbon on the nose & taste. Hard to pick out other flavors. Definitely milk chocolate & roasted malts. Tight carbonation. Good body for the style. The bourbon can be a little hot or in your face. Would love to grab a bottle & set it back for a few as I'm sure it'll mellow.

I got to try testify on a tour of the brewery, it was excellent. Hopefully will be able to find a bomber in the Jackson, MS area.

I toured the brewery on 5/30. Really enjoyed the tour and talking with all of the staff. I had tried your three flagship beers prior to the tour but had Testify and Zoo Brew for the first time. Both are really good. Testify is great. Glad to hear two new beers will be coming out later in the year. Keep up the good work.
