I have picking up a few winter Warmers lately at a deep discount because I like the way they age. Personal faves are Pyramid Snowcap and North Coast Winterbraun because they are fairly malt forward to begin with and in the Winterbraun case 8percent ABV. Is anybody else taking advantage of these deals?

Had a CCB Warmer Winter last month at a brew fest and it was fantastic.

Any high gravity Winter Warmer is nice. I thought Cigar City Warmer Winter Winter Warmer around same time, few years ago was incredible. FL winters are warmer indeed!

"These deals" don't exist here, as far as I've ever seen. Product is either sold at full price, or a very modest discount, until it magically disappears. I never see anything show up so deeply discounted that it makes me reach for it over a fresh item.

Winter warmers aren't really my thing, but I sorta regret not grabbing Abita Christmas Ale when I saw it a couple weeks ago for $15/case. Opted instead for $15 cases of Abita Mardi Gras Bock and Warsteiner, both of which are now gone because I gave most away.

Protip: Always keep cheap "good" beer in stock so people don't drink your precious IPAs.

I buy a case of Trader Joe's Vintage Ale (made by Unibroue) every year and enjoy them throughout

Regret? What for? Abita sucks balls. All of their beers do!

Their IPAs are actually pretty solid. I had two pints of Spring IPA last week and bought a sixer of Grapefruit Harvest a few months ago and enjoyed both. Its been over a year since the last (and maybe only) time I had Jockamo but it pleasantly surprised me. Reminded me of a Lagunitas IPA.

Abita IPAs are underrated. I don't care about the rest of their lineup because 90% of the beer I drink are IPAs.

My local TJ's still has the 2013 Vintage in stock. Maybe I should pick up a few to cellar.
