The Locals HINTS AND HAULS THREAD

My list of potential senders is still pretty big. Basically trying to say that I don't have a damn clue yet.

 

Wish I could still join this! Looks like a great time. Some great traders in this thing.

 

Just back from from small town Minnesota where the four taps were Miller Lite, Bud, Bud Lite and Shock Top.....I'm jealous of the beer talk.

 

I've already eliminated him. This makes me sad.

 

The way this BIF is going, you probably could still join lol... just be the 3rd person in as many days to claim to be "the long lost 24th person"

Hint #1 Shipping to the western half of the country
Hint #2 My target's state also has all four major sports teams
Hint #3 My target will receive at least one growler from a brewery within two hours drive from me
Hint #4 My target has post to this thread fewer times than me
Hint #5 My target will be getting at least one of his wants which is in the top 25.
Hint #6 My target's BA name has more characters than my BA name

Sorry that Hint #3 won't happen. Work got in the way of trip. I added another difficult-to-find want as compensation.

Probably, he hasn't given a ton of hints... I only have him eliminated because we did another BIF together this/last month.

I haven't had the base beer, but I had a chance to have the Port Barrel variant (at Torst) and it was phenomenal, so I'm not surprised to hear that. ISO both!

Hint #2 - The first letter of the state that I am shipping to is a consonant.

OK I have a stupid pre-emptive question... how do you post pictures in here? I was going to use a visual clue, but gave up. Besides, I will need to know this for the eventual **** posting.

 

1. Take your picture.
2. Save on your computer.
3. Send to a hosting site
4. http://smg.photobucket.com/
5. Upload your photo there.
6. Click on that photo
7. Copy the box that says "direct"
8. Click on the Icon that has two mountains and the sun called image (at the top of the posting box when you reply)
9. Paste from #7
10. Profit

 

Hint #1: There will be an amphibian on the bottle of one of the beers.
Hint #2: The state I'm sending to has a lower population than mine.
Hint#3: The state's flag where my target lives has an animal on it.
Hint#4: The name of my state and the name of your state have no common letters.
Hint#5: Your state has at least one president call your state home
Hint#6: You have a coastline

To my target: I will be sending very soon. Likely on Tuesday.
To my sender: I will be away from my porch from 6/1-6/15 so if you choose to send it then I won't be posting hauls until the 16th. I can and will secure the package and confirm delivery though. Feel free to take your time.

@The_Craft_Deviant_Rob ... can you help us figure out who is/isn't in this BIF? We've got @I_BYE_MI_BEER, @Poorpatz, and @rspauldi all taking up the 24th spot. Are there more than 24? Is someone in the wrong thread? I don't have much sanity left to lose, I'd prefer to hang on to it.

Rob sent me my target on Wednesday at 10:51am. As I stated earlier, I didn't have internet access until this weekend when I got back to civilization. My target has posted in this thread also. So, I am a part of this BIF and I am not in the wrong thread.

We've never gotten a formal participants list, so everybody is a little confused.
