Sounds like they are securing a building downtown White Bear, probably a pretty good spot for a brewery/taproom. Also interesting that it sounds like they will contract brew all of the cans for retail. I'm in/around WBL at least a couple times a week, so works for me. Beat me to the post ; ) It'll be nice to have another option up there, and definitely great to see something like this happening in the east metro.
WBL is one of those rare burbs that actually has a downtown(ala Stillwater), a brewery would fit well in the area. On another note, sounds like the brewpub in Hudson will be open later this year(Hudson Brewing, i think). Thats another town were a brewery/brewpub should do quite well.
There is always a lot of foot traffic in that area in the summer, with Market Fest during the week and lake traffic on the weekends.
