Hint #8. I'd like to see a post from my target soon because some really fucked up shit went down in his city last week. He's not posted in a while so it would be cool to just see an "everything's good" update

damn... I had you narrowed down to only a handful of potential targets (including me), and NY and MD being off the table really helped with that... now you're back up to a much larger number

OK, I'll get a little more specific with the hints

Hint #1: I've spent a little bit of time in the target's home state as I grew up in a neighboring state. But I haven't been back in a while.
Hint #2 - I've shipped beer to two of you in the last few weeks. Neither of you is my target.
Hint #3 - I have been in another BIF with several of you in the last 3 months. My target is not one of these people.
Hint #4 - Shipping to a state with all 4 pro sports teams represented.

Planning to ship next week or the week after, still have to do some shopping.

 

Managed to cross a few more off my list. Though I don't have the full list of participants I think. Could still make it a surprise.

 

Down to three and maybe @Poorpatz and my guess that I made like 26 hours into this or so is still in the running @The_Craft_Deviant_Rob . If I guessed right that quick I think I should get a bonus beer from my sender ;-)

And after all of yesterday's conversations about MBC yesterday, I was lucky enough to have a Mo and a Zoe last night.
Which would be good names for Twins. Which a baseball fan might interpret as Hint #7.

 

my box is just about set... I am at 226 oz with an average rating of 92.55 - there is some damn good beer in here and one giant shitty bottle. I stayed away from my targets dislikes but have a crazy assortment of styles set up and only the one that I wouldn't just love to drink myself. Two tears will be shed when I send this box off... one of sorrow to say goodbye to beers I know I can't get again anytime soon and one of joy to know they are going to a good home and will be enjoyed by someone who can get them even less frequently than I can.

 

Sweet can't wait!
