Yep -- the time zone clue narrowed it down a lot (although not as much as I thought, and it sure as hell wouldn't help much in my time zone).

 

Hint #1 -- shipping west
Hint #2 -- my target is NOT the only one from his state participating in this BIF
Hint #3 -- my target's state school is a member of the Big 10 Football Conference
Hint #4 -- my target's state includes three consecutive letters of the alphabet
Hint #5 -- my target has fewer than 100 wants
Hint #6 -- based on the hints he's given so far, my target and my sender COULD be the same person!
Hint #7 -- my target's user name contains exactly two vowels, and they are different.
Hint #8 -- my target's user name contains a certain consonant three times

Hint 3: I was able to secure 2 wants from California

Hint 7: Target does not have a porch, not unless one was built within past 2-3 weeks
Hint 8: My target's state also has all four major sports teams (5 if you include soccer)
Hint 9: My target has posted more than 4 hints

 

35lbs. of sweet liquid lovin' has been shipped to my target. My girlfriend and I combined forces to put this one together and we're pretty happy to be sending out a box with an average rating of 93.25.

To my target ... you have 275+ozs of beer headed your way. They arent whales or top 250s, they are bold in flavor, and are strong representation of what Baltimore/MD beer is about. I wish I could've included more (or hint more wants) beer. There is a big bag of Crab Chips that I hope you enjoy. Drink your extras (non-MD beer) ASAP!

So I was able to find the MBC want that was on my target's list, along with 34 more ounces of want and another good local today. Shopping is done; packing will ensue tomorrow.

 

I was going to report (likely) something similar. I found some Lunch (one of my target's wants) today so my target will get Lunch and other MBC beers.

 

Hint #1: There will be an amphibian on the bottle of one of the beers.
Hint #2: The state I'm sending to has a lower population than mine.
Hint#3: The state's flag where my target lives has an animal on it.
Hint#4: The name of my state and the name of your state have no common letters.
Hint#5: Your state has at least one president call your state home
Hint#6: You have a coastline
Hint#7: You are in one of the original 13 colonies
Hint#8: If you were singing the ABC song my state would come after yours.

Shipping tomorrow morning, all packed up. Another hint is that these hints will tell you your state...

I have accumulated most of the beers I will be shipping, but still need to do some hunting. Hitting 2 of my target's wants with those being non-locals. Planning to ship on Monday.

 

How about two new clues for you, including one content clue.

Hint #1: I've spent a little bit of time in the target's home state as I grew up in a neighboring state. But I haven't been back in a while.
Hint #2 - I've shipped beer to two of you in the last few weeks. Neither of you is my target.
Hint #3 - I have been in another BIF with several of you in the last 3 months. My target is not one of these people.
Hint #4 - Shipping to a state with all 4 pro sports teams represented.
Hint #5 - Shipping to one of the 13 original colonies.
Hint #6 - My target indicated they like IPAs and Sours. There are several of the former and 1 of the latter, an annual release from a well-known Minnesota brewery that just so happens to be in season and available now.

Went shopping tonight and decided to ship tomorrow to get it out and on its way (fresh beer inside, after all)- slightly over max, I don't think target will mind tho. 252 oz is a lot less than I thought. Should hit on Monday via Fedex (Saturday delivery not available to my target, unfortunately)

 

speaking of redundant clues...

 

I was wondering if anybody would notice that (it was intentional). My next one (just in case not everybody is paying attention as closely as you) is ...

Hint #9 -- my target has the same last name as a Hall of Famer. That Hall is either in Cleveland or Cooperstown.

Clue #4(I think) My targets town is about 1/6th the size of mine.

 

Clue #5 none of my targets wants are local to me.

 

I think somebody thinks I'm their sender... but he may need to think again... or not...

 

My box of locals left Michigan yesterday and made a brief out stop in Ohio. It's now heading southwest to the Lone Star State and should arrive Friday just in time for the weekend.
