Wait you contradicted yourself?? See #2 in your good or best category...

It says High Life not High Lite so he isn't contradicting himself (unless of course he's talking about Miller High Life Light).

I like a lot of other beers in this category - Olympia, Grain Belt, Narragansett, Schlitz Gusto - and even find Miller High Life, Coors, and Corona tolerable if not skunked. Not my favorite style, but it has its place.

(although I'd still prefer any of these 3 to the year old bottle of SA Cranberry Lambic I tried to choke down, but that's a discussion for another thread).

i'm finding it surprisingly relieving to participate in this...

    3 faves:
    1) Guiness...goes down easy (for me anyway)...its kinda like that person at work who keeps his mouth shut and does his job
    2) PBR
    3) Coors Light....b/c it tastes like nothing, and if i cant have something good, i'd rather not taste it at all

...honorable mention: Old(e) English, for its superior buzz

    3 hate:
    1) MGD
    2) Miller High Life....so bad its almost good. almost.
    3) Steel Reserve, b/c it just makes me want to throw up. Cant fault it though, its there to get the job done, and i one day hope to aspire to handle it. But seeing as I'm in my mid 30's, I'm not really looking for that to happen.

I kinda vary, subject to some change depending on how nostalgic I feel.

    I like Pbr/Schlitz/ Miller Lite/ Gansett

Don't like : Old Milwaukee, Gennese, Bud stuff, malt liquors, especially Steel Reserve
    Toxic waste especial.

Miller High Life is a very drinkable beer. No corny, sweet unfermented graininess; sweet entry, dry finish. Poundable brew! Good with spicy food.

Ill give an extra mention to each....

    Good:
    • Miller High Life
    • Budweiser
    • Coors Light
    • Corona Extra
    • Becks (if counted as adjunct althought it says it passes Reinheits)
    Bad:

    • Pabst Blue Ribbon
    • Hamm's
    • Miller Genuine Draft
    • Genesee (probably the sweetest beer ive ever had)
    • Modelo
I used to be a PBR advocate but now i just cant do it. And i realize MGD and high life are the same recipe just different process but i think MGD is like a funky mildew stank and high life is a good beer.
