Has anyone that opted for pick-up actually been notified that they are in an picked theirs up yet?

 

I haven't heard anything from them yet and I opted for the pickup.

 

I got mine delivered today. I'm sure you all got the email today, but for those who didn't read it, they said that they are processing them in the order they received them. (I ordered mine at 7pm on Saturday night) The email also stated that they will start shipping the rest of them on Monday. Cheers.

 

Anyone want to trade a mug for a snifter? Not sure if there is a cost difference but if so ill make it up.

i was sent someone else's order who has a name eerliy similar to mine (one letter different), but states apart. sadly their order was a single glass, mine was for more than that.

pinged them and they already are sending out the rest!

 

Got an email saying my snifters shipped today but nothing about my mugs, anyone else have the issue. I thought online it said they will combine shipping.

 

I am having same problem as well. I received an email on Thursday saying order # for snifters was shipping out and is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, but no mention of the order # for the mugs. I also included a note to send them all together, even though they said they would online.

 

I just sent them an email so lets see what happens.

 

I just did as well. Let me know if you get a reply and vice versa.

 

Just got a reply, she said everything was placed together mugs and snifters. So I am assuming that they only used snifters in the order because that was first and it will be the same tracking number

 

I received same reply a moment ago as well.

 

Got my order today, same box for snifters and mug (as requested).

The mug is super sharp. Love the chrome on black.

 

Anyone with pickup orders hear anything?
