    In no order;

    Moon Man
    VSB
    Wild Sour
    Berliner Weisse
    Serendipity

    Easily the 5 beers (with the obvious exception of VSB) that I've drank the most of in the past year and a half.

    Just finished a blind taste test with 11 Session IPA's. Published results in my newsletter. I and one other judge, were served a small glass of each one by one by a steward,we evaluated one by one, went back and reevaluated, then awarded points bases on aroma and taste.Adding up both our points the top 3 ended up being 1.New Glarus Moon Man,2. Stone Go To IPA. 3.Boulevard Pop Up ipa. The winning Moon Man turned out to be about 5 weeks old. Amazing

    Have no fear, Dancing Man hit the shelves today! Just picked some up at Riley's in Madison. Don't know where else got it though.

    I literally just looked at the beer calendar on New Glaruses website last night. it still had nothing on there but I'm really glad to hear that it has arrived. I've been craving it for a few months. Gonna be a good weekend as Revolution just released its collab with Firestone Walker Dos Osos which is my favorite IPA!

    Nope, it's not up on the website yet but they have begun to distribute it. I was getting worried they weren't going to make it this year. It's the perfect day to enjoy one outside!

    Very interesting...

    Why would they go to trouble of changing the name from IIPA to Scream IIPA? Moving to 6 packs maybe? They'd need a name for it in a six-pack I think. People keep telling me that there will be 6 thumbprints per year (2 semi-annual and 4 quarterly). Maybe this is part of that. Will be interested to see how this develops...

    I still don't understand where everyone (BA included) gets the ABV for NG beers when they don't even publish them.

    I asked about the ABV of Two Women thru an e-mail once and was told that NG doesn't give out the alcohol content because they don't want that to be the focus of their beers.

    I certainly see where they are coming from, but I would really like to know with certainty what the ABV is in most cases. A good example is the recently released Dancing Man, normally Hefes are a light, low abv beer that I can toss a few back without getting too buzzed, but BA lists it as 7.2%. Is that accurate? Would be nice to know for sure.

    I assume someone uses a hydrometer and measures the gravity of the beer?

    That only works if you have the measurement before adding the yeast (original gravity) and also after fermentation (but before carbonation) (final gravity).

    +1 for OEP. Hoping they'll bring that back someday.

    IMHO, ABV should be required as part of the labeling process.
