    I had a bcbw for the first time this past weekend that had a moderate head with a decent pour into a snifter. Definitely was a sipping beer for me but the more it opened up the more it became a liquid raisinet. Definitely a very enjoyable beer!

    It's a big 12% beer aged in barrels...it's not going to have a nitro head or anything. I'll take the other 3 if you don't want them...

    now now, ill still take the other 3, let's not get too crazy! Turns out it was just that bottle (I opened another one last night). There may have been a leak on the seal or something on that first one, because the second one was glorious. As the previous poster said... liquid raisinet is a pretty good descriptor! But overall tho for me... BCBS > BCBBW

    Called Silver Eagle about upcoming availabilty, left message...haven't heard back yet. I do think it's a great beer and would be awesome to have it available in June to hold me over until November.

    Yep - has been hitting stores around town since late last week. Most places have gotten it by now (at least in Tarrant County).

    There was no bottle limit at Total Wine in Dallas. Seems to be a pretty good quantity out there. Picked up 4. Going to go all battle Royale & shit with Sucaba soon.
