    Deadlift: 4x6 @ 315 with 4 second concentric
    Strict weighted pullups 4x8 @ 25lbs, 20lbs, 10lbs, bw

    then

    21-15-9
    Row for calories
    Wallballs @ 20lbs to 10’ target

    straight into:
    21-15-9
    kb swing (1.5pood)
    box jumps (24”)

    straight into:
    30 burpee pullups

    14:44

    now enjoying this and heading to a wedding

    Out of craft. Only Schlitz longnecks and Bud 16 oz aluminum can/bottle things remain. Lord have mercy, must make beer run. Deep desire for a stout coming on. Thunder up! Series with the Spurs has been weird.
