    Filling up my bourbon barrel with a huge RIS to age for a little while.

    Drinkin a Monday Night Bewing "BedHead Imperial Coffee IPA".. Damn good.

    Now, I'm out back on the porch awaiting the rain to catch up with the thunder. Love me some quick and furious summer thunderstorms.

    Enjoying this "Bretticent" from Wicked Weed. A great tasting open fermented, locally sourced, wild and brett saison.

    No idea! Just going to taste it along the way. It's the first pass in the barrel, and it is pretty dang wet, so I'd have to guess with a small barrel like that.. not too terribly long before I've got what I want.

    i was fortunate enough to get my hands on a bottle of maine brewing company's LUNCH I.P.A. I Also scored a few bottles of thirsty dog's WULVER bourbon barrel aged wee heavy. Hope tonight holds more awesome suprises!..Happy Saturday Night B.A.. Dont Drink Too Little!
