UK Weekend Beerage

After a couple of weeks of lame beer action
have a couple of ale type treats over the next couple of days

three bottles from The Kernel for tonight
An afternoon with the family in Belgian beer bar strewn Altrincham, tomorrow
and dropping by for a quick couple after work on Saturday at the CAMRA organised Stockport Beer & cider festival

 

Right now bacon wrapped gourmet hotdog with Kernel Biere de Table Oak Aged (Burgundy barrels) Saison.

Couple of days after the BB date still powerfully hopped & very tasty

 

I risked the Sticky Toffee pud beer and its almost acceptable
you wouldn't blink at the addition of adjunct coffee so...
but as far as Dead Crow
Bourbon flavoured (thankfully the u is included rather than dropped by 'Buddy's' to try & look like a US import) beer
the better half, who hates whiskey and isn't a big fan of beer, really liked it which says a lot.

Market Tavern in Alty fantastic as per but I think the beer is on a rotation and managed to get a lot of ho hum beers on that I've had there before
George Wright's Drunken Duck nice hoppy bitter treat
Green Mill's Citrus Snap was okay
and a quick half of Acorn's RIS Gorlovka signalled time to go home as there is work tomorrow.
