Brewed weekly til October. Dates are on the bottom of the cans. So you can check freshness

Has the entire 2014 batch of Mexican Cake been bottled and distributed?

God, I hope not. I barely have enough to cook with as it is.

You should bottle that sauce and sell it as MC Masterpiece.

Sure - get a Boston Butt, put it in a slow cooker. Cut up an onion - throw it in the trash. Don't ask questions, just follow the recipe. Pour three bottles of Mexican Cake in the slow cooker and let it rock on low heat for five or six hours. It seems to work best if you can use several different vintages of Mexican Cake. I work at a local bottle shop that got four cases of Mexican Cake this year. I bought all four cases.

At a substantial discount, one would hope. A deserved perk for showing up to work on time most days.
And speaking of Boston Butts, How 'bout them Sox?

Just like last year. Green's, Tower, and Hop City should see theirs tomorrow. Check their twitter feeds for details but count on standing in line all day if you even want a chance. Ale Yeah Decatur is tomorrow as well, while Roswell is Friday.

Greens on Buford is already sold out of their 5pm release. Well they were sold out @ 4:45 for the 5pm release. Guess Greens on Ponce might still have it.

Tower is doing a lotto at Piedmont and releasing @ 9am tomorrow for Buford.

I was a much bigger fan of greens when they just did the tweet of "XXX beer is here" at whenever it rolled off the truck. Still love greens, just not their new releases.

Yeah, I'm not going to race into town to stand in line. I'd love to try it, but with the popular releases these days, I'll just stay on the sidelines. My blood pressure ( and waist line ) will be for the better.

Thats the reason I always went to Greens.. Well, that and it wasn't far from my old condo on Ponce.

But still, the "timed and ticketed" releases in town have gotten to suck balls. HopCity is the worst about it, but I can respect that you won't please everyone, so no matter how it goes, people are going to be mad at someone.

Not sure which total wine but the beer growler in Alpharetta still has about 8 bottles, 1 per person.

Middle GA got their allocation yesterday (1 case), and I was one of the lucky 12 people that were able to purchase a bottle. Which is to say, I'm actually quite pleased.

Hope that's still the case - omw there now. I'm guessing all the Orange Bliss is gone by now too, eh?

Is Orange Bliss being brewed again? Dah-yum, what a fine beer that was!

Now, I'm not a proponent of barrel aged beers. I'm just not. But...imagine the result one might get if Orange Bliss were aged in something like Grand Marnier barrels... I'd so be down for something like that. (And for the record, Grand Marnier is done in barrels, and I believe that Mikkeller once used them for a beer of their own. Yes, I checked. I'm crazy like that.)

Anyway. Orange Bliss. Fine beer. Criminally overlooked IMO amidst Cake, Skoons, and Panther.
