Does anyone have a pointer to a great White IPA recipe? All grain preferred. I'm thinking of brewing this style next and I don't know where to start. My main reason is to build up slurry of WY3787 for a Quad that I'm going to brew next, but I'm also thinking that a White IPA would make a great brew for the upcoming summer. I am open to fermenting half with the 3787 and the other half with a more traditional Witbeer yeast like 3944. Also, hops on hand that I have are Callypso and Belma but I probably need something more than just those two for the beer to work.
    Please give me your suggestions!

I did an All Calypso White IPA: I don't have the number exactly in front of me so I am working from memory

    5.85lb American Pilsner Malt
    3lb Torrified Wheat
    4 oz Honey
Handful of Rice Hulls (always seem to lately)

    Yeast: Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit

    Hop Schedule:
    1oz Calypso FWH
    .25oz Calypso 10mins
    .25oz Calypso 5 mins
.25oz Calypso Flame out/Whirlpool (added 1 oz Orange Peel and 7g crushed coriander)

Dry hopped with the remaining .25oz of Calypso just to get rid of it for 48 hours prior to chill/keg

    Came out pretty decent.

    4.5 ABV and ~45 IBU

I bet the combo of belma and calypso would be interesting!

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I brewed the Chainbreaker clone yesterday. I wasn't expecting to find a recipe that actually called for WY 3787 Trappist High Gravity, so that was really awesome! I used my Callypso and Belma hops at knockout instead of the ones in the recipe, but did everything else the same.
