Dark Lord 2014/ Dark Matter snifter

My glass shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found. I hope it wasn't stolen..

 

I know these are small, but does anyone know how many ounces they are?

Also, are they purely collectible, or is there a practical use, and if so, what do you guys use them for?

 

I believe they are 5.5oz @1eyed_jack

 

Got my mini snifter yesterday. Arrived in perfect condition, looks great.

It's a taster glass, so you'd use it with a handful of other tasters if you were doing a tasting and didn't want to move, carry, and wash a bunch of full-sized glasses after only filling them with a couple ounces each.

But in reality, mostly everyone will be using it as a collectible I'd bet.... because bare tasting glasses are cheap and easier to replace.

That's happened to me twice and both times the package ended up being delivered the next day. I have no idea how it happens, but it can't hurt to call your local UPS and ask.

 

I picked mine up today. Was told 500 silver snifters which is different than 2000.

 

My snifter and mugs arrived yesterday. Only 500 huh? Interesting.

 

Still nothing for my pick up. I emailed them, not sure what the hold up is....

 

Was that just some guy at the counter? Cause Shira told me 2000, and when I called today since I still havent gotten my tracking the guy on the phone told me they have been doing 300 orders a day since last week so that wouldnt make cents... im inclined to believe Shira and the guy I spoke with today. Maybe a few more people need to call here and get some more answers.

I got my email for local pickup on tuesday. i completely forgot i had these ordered. i'll be going today after work. I ordered a set of each the mugs and snifters. i got both emails at the same time.

 

I picked mine up today. It's very nice. And they included some stickers, yeah!

 

Was anyone's snifter defected with faded graphics? I was disappointed to see that one was heavily faded while the other had no defects. I took a picture but I'm away from my phone and will have to upload it tomorrow. I wonder if DMC Has extra for exchanges.

 

One of mine is missing the DM logo entirely. I hope there's a way of rectifying this.
