Can anyone give me an idea how busy tired hands might be this afternoon? Never been but their site says they are usually at capacity

I made it to The Cambridge after Monks. Very surprised that everything was still pouring. Tried a few great beers and was lucky/unlucky enough to order the last pour of Last Snow. The girl poured half a glass and the keg kicked. Then, she pour out the half glass into the drain and asked me if I wanted a different beer. A part of me died just then.

@ Sancho's. No 2013 KBS, the 2014 is bottles, and No Blushing Monk to be seen and the bartender had no idea what I was talking about. Good thing I love their food.

Bunch of solid Kick the Keg lists today. I know Bainbridge still had a bunch of CC/FB comin back on today as they took a bunch of it off yesterday shortly after the brunch was over and says they were putting it back on for today. Quiet at Capones today with a stacked list too.

Huh that's interesting. I got that beer and found it remarkably mediocre so maybe Oxtisnal would have been better? Shame it was probably more expensive than it should have been. Gose Gone Wild however was amazing.

Stillbow should have been the same color and similar aroma to Gose Gone Wild, only being a saison with more acidic qualities and oak. It really is amazing as I wished I bought more when I was up there.

Yeah this wasn't it. This was brownish and just not very good.

So what happened to the Blushing Monk? Did it ever show up or was the whole thing just a fairy tale?

I ran into 2-3 other events where a few listed beers did not show up. Two were blamed on the distributor who didn't send what was "promised". Different distributor for Founders though than the beers that were supposed to be at these other events.

No clue. I was there from 11-1 and it made no appearance which is a huge disappointment. I only stuck it out that long because I had all you can drink mimosas.
