There was an issue with some of the 2013 Pumpkinators leaking last fall if I'm not mistaken.
The beer guy at HEB in Spring told me on Mon that he is expecting to get some more in so I wouldn't be surprised if several places around town get some additional shipments.

Yes but aside from that (I shouldve specified). The pumpkinators leaked because some of the caps where abit crooked/tilted. Ive had regular capped St Arnie beers leak as well though.

Specs downtown had a Ton today! 15+ cases.
Puts a bad taste in my mouth about Saint Arnold and their marketing practices.

Don't save some beer to send out later so more people can get it Saint Arnold! Boo! Or maybe it was the distributors... boo them too!

Creating unnecessary demand for it on launch day. Everyone was running out and selling out within a matter of hours. Now stores are getting shipment of it out of the blue. Not just a case here and a case in there, pallet loads are showing up all of the sudden.

So what? If you want some, you can now get some. Don't get what the big deal is? It is not Saint Arnold's fault people line up and chase trucks, and it really was not that hard to get from the beginning.

after reading Ford's comment, no telling who's fault it was. I hope that future DR releases are this easy to come by weeks after the release. I'm glad that it stays like this. It just sucks on the day of the release when everyone is hoarding it because it is flying off the shelves. I just wish that stores were able to get their hands on more on release day.

That's called hype. You have to judge whether it's worth it or not to go chasing it down. SA didn't "create unnecessary demand"...mainly because that just doesn't make any sense to begin with.

I saw some sixers at CM Lovers and TW Dallas. A couple bombers left at Spec's Dallas. If anyone is still looking.

There's a bunch on shelves here in Dallas too. I heard it came in 2 shipments, the first sold out really quickly and the 2nd has been sitting for about a week on shelves.

I wondered if places were just holding it in the back and releasing it this week but it makes sense that it hit twice since I've seen a bunch lately. It's good but it's not my go to style so I'll leave it for others.
