Stone - Enjoy By 07.04.14

Grabbed the last one at Whole foods last night for $9.99.

Tried it side by side with a 4-20 that was in my fridge and didn't notice much of a difference, if any at all.

 

picked up a few bottles last night ($8.99 ea.)..first time I've had Enjoy By since hitting up the Pasadena Stone Store last October and having it on tap there

 

They have one bottle left that you and @TonyJ815 can fight for, lol. Passed that bad boy up and picked up a sixer of 5/29 jai alai and called it a wrap.

 

That's all Tony. I did the same with the Jai Alai and grabbed a 4 pack cans of 10 day old 2 hearted for the wife.

 

I had a bottle of this last night, and will do so again tonight. This batch is really, really good. I put this alongside the likes of 5.17.13 and 11.12.13. It seems like I may enjoy it the best every 6 mo.

 

Gonna have to pass on that Enjoy By. I've had my $6 pour this go round, so I'm good til next release... or the next time we get it. Definitely scoopin' up some Jai Alai tomorrow though.

 

$7.99 in MA, but haven't had it yet. Interested to see what I think of this round. Some have been better than others. Plenty (cases) left at Table & Wine in WMass.

 

Picked this up and I'm F*CKIN STOKED coz this is amazing. I haven't seen this in VT since November, but this is my first Enjoy By. The November one was tucked on a top shelf and I didn't see it til Xmas....

Not an onion bomb to me and I deeply hated Hop Ranch. Enjoy By 7.14 goes right under the VT Trifecta. Luckily, not drinking in (only smelling) the earthy flavor profiles people are writing about, luckily! Enjoy by is a juicy BAMF.

Awesome beer....like hop syrup w/ a grassy, earthy nose.

 

7.99 at my local Wegmans. They had a ton of bottles so I picked up a few. 2-14-14 and 4-20-14 were the only ones I've ever had since 5-16 didn't make it here. I see many differing opinions on this, but I honestly love this beer. Could just be my tastes, but also the fact that it's widely available and I don't have to trade for it always helps.

 

These beers can be a nightmare for retailers if they buy too much/not enough. You need to have enough for everyone, but sell out of the current batch just before it get's embarrassing to have on the shelf as the date closes in. It can be tricky, but with the staff I have now being more than willing to buy up any extra, it's getting easier.

 

Grabbed a bottle at Central Market yesterday for around $6 after the 20% off promotion that they have going on. I really enjoyed it. Especially at that price point. I liked it better than the 4-20.

I was at one of my local liquor stores last night and I saw them selling 2.14's still! I was tempted to find out if they would discount it but I didn't bother as they like to rip people off over there. Still though it's freaking June and they're selling 2.14's? No bueno

 

7.50 / bottle here in South-ish Jersey. Can't wait to crack one of these open later this afternoon.

 

Picked up a 2 btls at Kay's Wines and Spirits, if anybody in Manchester/West Hartford/ Glastonbury CT was looking for it.
Have to agree with a other folks here, this batch is alot better than 4.20 batch in my opinion. As always, stone putting out awesome beer!!

 

Had it today, nice aroma, but there was a heavy onion flavor in it. Not sure what to think yet, really enjoyed 4.20 but I'm on the fence with 7.04.

 

Downed a 7/4/14 last night. I have been drinking the Enjoy By's for a year now and I have no idea if each is exactly the same, my memory is not that good.
Regardless, I CAN tell you that I have thoroughly enjoyed every one and will continue to buy them in the future.

 

Awesome batch this time! I'm enjoying it now, and just called a friend to let him know this is a drinker.
