Correct. Rochester, MN is the next market they are planning on entering. Not sure when that is set to happen, but they've stated that Rochester is next.

Rochester is a good expansion point- medium-sized town, not going to drive demand up to the point where the brewery can't keep up supply in existing markets. Does anyone know at what % capacity they are currently brewing? I know they expanded, but I don't think they've cranked up to full capacity yet.

Not sure if they are brewing at full capacity yet (don't think they are). I do know they just brewed their first double batch on their new 30bbl system, GNug and Sue on the same day.

That's awesome news  I kind of want them to stay away from the big cities- it would kill me to see Chicago, MSP, or Milwaukee swallow up most of their product.

Had it on tap last night at three cellars. Excellent beer, very comparable to zombie dust I think. I would love to have them side by side sometime

I've done a side by side, both about 5 days old, and for my palate PseudoSue is the hands down winner. Both amazing though.

Probably good since Sue is easier to find in general. I was surprised Sue has like a 5.6 or 5.8 abv I think and zombie dust was 6.4 abv. So much flavor

We have a 3-week old swing-top ss growler full of Sue in our beer fridge. Going camping on the 21st and really want a friend to try it. Filled to the top, so it should last.

They are actually considering building another brewery in MN near Rochester (Byron).

As much as I'd like to have that brewery in Wisconsin, it's nice to see them stick close to home.

Agree. Pseudo is the best pale out there, Zombie Dust is a moderately distant #2 IMO. Happy to live right down the street from three cellars:grinning:

pseudo is the Midwestern pale ale out there. I still think Alpine Hoppy Birthday and San Diego Surprise take the cake.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to be close to Alpine for a number of years. I'm convinced that Stone brewed Enjoy By to have a beer that stands up to Pure Hoppiness & Bad Boy.

But my favorite Alpine beers will always be their APA's. Pure, crisp hoppiness. Unfortunately, none of my favorite APA's are bottled.

Try to trade for some- there are a few shops that will sell online, usually a 1-bottle limit of Nelson, Duet, PH, whatever is in stock, and sometimes no limit on Willy, Alpine Pale Ale, etc. Let me know if you want the shop info.
