Forgot to check on this and they do provide bottling dates on the labels. I was reminded of your question when I saw this:

22 oz's coming out now and it will be canned in July!

This was the first Mosaic IPA I ever tried (back when it was simply called "Mosaic IPA"), and it's still by far my favorite.

I can't wait for the (6 packs of 12oz at ~$10 :grinning: ) cans either. Cheers!

I can't help but disagree. The Mosaic is subtly integrated in the Tripel Hop. It makes for a great beer, but unless you're both very familiar with Duvel and Mosaic, it's hard to pick out the hop.

In contrast, the past couple of Tripel Hop releases, Sorachi Ace and Citra, really did showcase the hop due to the contrast with the Duvel base.

Eh, that's fine. Agree to disagree, I guess. Either way, I really enjoyed this year's Tripel Hop, and I get the feeling we can both agree that it's a tasty, tasty series of beer :-)

honestly... like clown shoes space cake better.

galactica is amazing too, but i'd still take NEBCO galaxy (rare that i'll prefer the 8+% IPA to a < 5% hoppy pale). coriolis and FBD (and gandhi!) on another level. supernaut not 'wow' for me though... i feel like the hop doesn't hold up the beer.

Blue point session mosaic is quite good. $7.99 a six last time I bought it.

IMO Mosaic is a blending hops, I've had straight up Moasic and didn't like it much.Same with Simcoe , same same.

Completely agree on Mosaic. That's actually more or less what I was going to post. I've had a handful of the beers named here that are primarily Mosaic (Chillwave, Hop Ranch) and didn't care for them at all, but like many of them that use Mosaic sparingly with other hops (Rampant, IBUsive).

yeah, totally agree. citra, chinook, galaxy, these hops support SMASH IPAs really well. simcoe (god hop though it is), i want it paired with amarillo. mosaic, i want it blended with a bunch of trendy hops in one of those absurd new hop cocktail beers.

summit, i embark on the journey to find the perfect onion-marijuana stench SMASH beer, but it eludes me to this day.

I'm styill open to Mosaic when it's part of the mix, but straight up it brings a certain spice that hasn't been agreeable to me.

Everyone taste is different, I don't care for straight up Simcoe either, and they are from the same family tree. I think both these hops might work with some Brett if someone wanted to add some funk to funk. Wicked Weed did a Brett IPA that I like, and I generally don't like funk, no idea on the hops they used. But yes, Cittra, and Galaxy are the hot items now, and I love Lawsons Chinookered.

Great Lakes Chillwave, it has a lighter touch on the Mosaic profile, such good beer!

I would just vote against Community Mosaic IPA. Only one I've had that I know was mosaic, and i was not a fan unfortunately

I just had Half Hitch Imperial Mosaic IPA from Crux Brewing. One of if not the best Mosaic IPAs I've had the luxury of trying.

Brewmaster Jack Hop Essence series has a single hop mosaic IPA aka HBC 369 that is pretty tasty. Not quite up there with Space Cake but pretty solid.
