Seems like a fair trade, $ for $.

(And Yokel ain't bad, either. Probably the best simple Lager I've ever had.)

Am I the only one who's bothered that a baby is posting on BA? No way that kid is 21.

    Legitimate LOL. Nice.

But, for the record, the bitch pictured is approximately 17 in dog years.

I'm just annoyed that scream is on the shelves here in central wi but besides one place selling bottles for 3 bucks a shot we got zero berliner compared to last year when I was able to get two cases

While I love Scream, I miss the deep dankness of last year's Thumbprint IIPA. It was the closest I've come to drinking marijuana, although a couple iterations of Enjoy By have come close.

Pretty sure you can make marijuana into a tea; it would just likely taste nasty. Colorado BAs might have more info. :sunglasses:

Really, I'm talking about the aroma . . . boy, that Thumbprint IIPA smelled good.

I know that there are some stores in MKE (and presumably around the state) that haven't put it on the shelves yet. Many of them had trouble selling out of Spice Ale followed by Dubbel followed by Berliner Weiss, so their NG shelf space is still full up. Most shops have put Scream out by now because it's been so popular.

But don't give up hope- there's no reason to believe that any shop that has recently gotten Thumbprints won't get Scream as well.

And just think of me as the beer version of the stock market baby.

Just throwing this out there, but does it seem very much like a combination of zombie dust, permanent funeral, and king sue? I may have had more than my fair share of Scream tonight, but it strikes me as a homerun combination of my three favorite beers. KingSue is still my golden god(dess) simply because it's unlike anything else i've tasted, but this certainly has hints of the same greatness. I love this beer. The one-two punch of Scream and Berliner Weiss is absolutely the best beerxperience i have had the joy of taking part in. NG is officially my favorite brewery, usurping the metal gods of FFF by way of it being in my home state, yet tearing it up like few others. Cheers to Scream!!

He is saying that there is no Berliner on shelves.

Ah, I see. Maybe the shops declined Berliner because they still had Dubbel on the shelves? That one didn't seem to move as quickly. Not sure if the distributors give them that much control over what they order though.

There is tons of Berliner in MKE, my local shop has all four of the current TP releases on the shelf right now.

If anyone can give me recs of bottleshops that I have a good possibility of scoring some of this on Friday/Saturday, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll be in Somerset Saturday night, but any recs around there would be great. Thanks!

Scream should be in most liquor stores and many grocery stores. Casanova in Hudson will have it for sure, along with plenty of other Wisconsin goodness. If you pass through Eau Claire, Coffee Grounds will have it too. Otherwise, New Richmond has got to have a liquor store or two.
