    Be careful with that WhaleSlayer, Ross... At a recent tasting here in Dallas @UtisTheLaw narrated a story that whilst throwing it like a knife one day his friend's finger got fish-hooked- it was quite the gash from what I could make of it...

    Grabbed a couple random singles of these varients. A pleasant IPA. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper/pine with moderate caramel/bready malt sweetness. Smooth and pretty crisp. Good malt/bitterness balance. Nicely enjoyable.

    Very tasty and unique saison. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, black pepper, caramel, toast, brown bread, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very crisp and spicy finish. Good balance of malt sweetness and yeast ester flavors. Good robustness as well.

    Damn good weizenbock! Big banana, raisin, plum, clove, caramel, toffee, brown bread, brown sugar, and yeast earthiness. Nice spicy clove finish with well balanced malt sweetness. Super smooth and great yeast complexity. Delicious stuff.

    That's what I figured. It also had a grey/brown-ish "snot" at the bottom. It's okay...ish happens.
