I guess reg Guiness would be the only beer I've had in more than 4 formats. It hardley counts but lets see...
    Nitro Bottle
    Nitro Can
    Nitro Tap
    Cask/Hand Pump
    Reg Tap
    Reg Bottle

wouldn't "growler" technically be "draft"? considering it goes from the keg to the growler and the growler is really just a way to transport a smaller amount of the draft beer to a different location?

I've had Guinness in bottle conditioned form.So much better than what took its place.
It was featured on the BBC's Food and Drink programme. The expert (who REALLY knew her stuff), Jilly Goulden said about the non BCA Guinness something to the effect that "this is simply not good enough and you should think again"
Never had Guinness on cask but it was apparently as different again and probably the origin of the myth that Guinness tastes better in Ireland as that was the last place to sell cask Guinness.

We get a few every year - To be honest though I like it best on tap not in cask form.
    It's still very good though.

I usually try to find my favorite bottled beers on tap, cause I know they're really going to shine.

I've never really considered trying to take on beers in a bunch of forms but it sounds like a fun summer project...

Technically? Yes. I think we can all agree that the experience of a beer from a growler is not the same as one on tap.

Could be, I did have it on cask over the pond. Also, the Guiness in Ireland and England is super fresh, kegs rarely last more than a day.

As kzoobrew said, growler experiences definitely can differ from it's draft source. I think that it is because of that difference that growlers get their own designation.

Lazy Magnolia in neighboring MS releases a Brewers Reserve series in retail 64oz Growlers. I think there are others that may do this type of retail packaging too, but they escape me. I really wish more breweries did these, as from my experiences with them, they are an extremely wonderful value.

That was a long time ago as cask Guinness was phased out in Ireland by the mid 60s.But the bottle conditioned stuff was around till the mid 90s and was a major source of good yeast for homebrewing.
I don't think freshness is really relevant to such a beer, being pasteurised and sealed in a light proof container it should remain stable for months.I quite frankly don't think you could tell the difference between a recent brew and a year old one.

Closest I've come is Guinness Stout, no growler or nitro can. (And it's taken me 45 years to do it!)

Damn! I thought this thread was going to be about reviewing the same beer after drinking it out of the different types of glassware... Now THAT'S a good idea!

One of my favorite oatmeal stouts, I've seen the cans around NE Ohio and they are priced less than the glass @ $8.99 a sixer, gotta try it soon...

Yeah I'm sure the cask would have an influence on the Nugget's flavor.
