Hint #4 - I have traded with my target before

I'm aiming to ship by the end of next week. First though I'm going to have to stop of at a little brewpub I know my target enjoys to pick up some growlers.

 

Hint #3: the state that my target lives in has an NBA team in the NBA Draft Lottery next week

 

So I've narrowed my sender down to 3 people... hmmm..

Hint #im too drunk to count: my BIF and target are one and the same.
Hint # I'm too drunk to count +1: I've procured 2 brews from my targets want list.

 

Looks like someone is stealing my idea .... is that a hint to my target? I guess so.
Another hint: My BIF and target may not be the same, but they reside in the same state.
