On tap at Rapp. Their Berliner Weisse is very light and only slightly tart, very authentic. It is served with the traditional woodruff syrup, or with raspberry syrup. Its quite good by itself, but not as sour as many here in Florida expect a Berliner to be. Anyway, one of the regulars there asked for something and the bartender pulls out a different syrup from behind the regular offerings... BACON SYRUP! Never heard of it before, but it was delicious.

 

$16/6oz??? jeez.... I've gone over $1/oz on occasion but $2.67/oz might be the highest I've seen for just about anything. (I am obviously not a whale hunter)
