I believe moving parts is their new IPA and is not yet a finished product.Their response to their wildly popular Dirtwolf and Hop Ranch series of Dipa's. If it is anything close to those 2 beers well then Victory-I can't wait to see go to your many tap takeovers in the future.

Moving Parts (01) is on draft at the brewpub and available in 22-oz bombers. It's the first of many versions of this IPA series of IPA's. Here's a description of the first version from the Victory website:

In addition, Victory has released Wild Devil. It also is currently on tap at the brewpub and available in cork and caged 750 mml bottles.

Ah ha, that explains it! I definitely noticed a change for the worse [to me] recently and while I can still enjoy it, I definitely liked it better before.

I was going to ignore this comment but its come up more than once. Totally false info. Lager has been filtered forever and is still filtered using a PVPP pre-clarification process followed by typical centrifuge filtration. Malts are still shipped in from Bamberger maltings and married with whole Hallertau hops sourced direct from the farmer. Just polished off a fresh sixtel this weekend and everyone in my home brewers club was enamored with the crisp snappiness. I love this Helles bier and it always takes me right back the Augusteiner bier garden experience.

Thanks for the info! According to this thread there was a change to its brewing, but it wasn't recent:

Maybe I got some bad bottles or something but the last few times I have had it, while I still enjoyed it, it did not taste the same to me (I made sure the bottles were fresh too). I haven't had it in a while (for golden Lagers, I have been stuck on Sly Fox's for some time now, love it!) so I am going to revisit it.

Have two cases of it right now but I live 10 minutes from the brewery. So happy Hop Ranch is back!

They smell like cat pee, and they taste like they smell, you figure it out.

I don't think they smell (or taste) anything like cat pee. They also don't smell or taste similar to each other for that matter.
