    Step 1. Fill an imperial pint :stuck_out_tongue:

    Sriracha (Chile paste works fine too, just add more garlic salt) , Coconut Oil (2 tbsp), Red Pepper, Sesame seeds, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and sugar. Couple dashes of most (less salt, sugar, black pepper), using as much sugar as salt (the 5 Guys secret.. :stuck_out_tongue:)

    Local meat (~10mi away) that cost me $6/lb at the farmer's market. Cheaper than Walmart, and I guess it tastes a little better..

    The "roommate" saw @LuckyJohn's pic on the forum of ST 2xStout (a delicious beer, btw), and wanted something similar. So, I dug into the cellar, and figured I may as well get started on my nightcap a bit early. (Oh, who am I kidding; it's only 7:30 - I've probably got plenty of room for another!)

    Clown Shoes Luchedor En Fuego.

    Very, very tasty. I get very little chile heat from it, and I get a ton more wood than bourbon, but it's still delicious.

    Getting back to some Porcupine Tree this evening:

    The Unknown Brewing co. Over The Edge IPA. Alright tasting, and probably the cloudiest IPA I've seen.
