My favorite breweries all share the fact that they're inexpensive, easy to get, consistent and delicious. You can't be my favorite brewery if I can only buy you a couple times per year due to availability and/or cost.

    Lagunitas
    Stone
    New Belgium
    Victory
    Sam Adams

    -lagunitas
    -oskar blues
    -flying dog
    -stone

i love firestone walker, but have only had double jack and wookey jack. i have a velvet merlin in the fridge to try soon. i really have enjoyed what i have tried, and certainly hope to try more! just not enough experience yet to really judge.

Disclaimer- my answers will probably not match the last time I did this, so blame my faulty memory and ever-changing moods if they don't:

Heller-Trum- brewers of the exceedingly perfect line of Schlenkerla beers.
Weihenstephaner- I probably had Ayinger last time, but Weihenstephaner's O'fest puts it over the edge.
Victory- very solid examples in numerous styles, very fairly priced to boot. And Dirtwolf.
Sierra Nevada- always been there, always will- plus I really dig Narwhal.
Southern Tier- makers of my favorite seasonals, plus great surprises like Grand Arbor.

    No problem. Enjoy the ride.

Not to throw too much too soon at you- but if you start branching into the Goose Island Belgian-style beers like Sofie or Matilda, it's best to get them with about 9 months or more on them. They are innoculated with brettanomyces, which takes a while to work its funky magic.

Other than that, you have some solid line-ups to continue to explore. Cheers!
