No worries. Horizon, our wholesaler, handles all allocations. Even to Berman's.

Is Yankee spirits in Swansea or Attleboro gonna get any? If not, which store that is closest to that area will?

For the record, the Berman family (specifically the son Gregg) started and own Clown Shoes and formerly distributed the brand through their wine distributor before handing it off to a different distributor that had better ability to handle larger volume of beer. So the "in" would be the same family owning both, although as mentioned by them above a different distributor handles the selling to retailers in the area (and thus decides allocations... although I'm sure the Bermans have some say in the matter in one way or another).

Hi, we actually do not direct Horizon regarding allocations to Berman's. Jay, our beer manager, communicates with his salesperson and fights to get allocated product like everyone else. Our intention is for any limited beers to be spread around fairly and logically.

That pic was most likely pulled from our Facebook page and the ABV was corrected before print.

I am very lucky. I love clown shoes and got really lucky getting this.

I met my dad next to Julios before taking a ride to Boston for some trillium and night shift on Friday. On the way back we decided to stop into Julios. While in there I saw a case sitting on the floor (already opened) and found millonario sitting in the box. I didn't realize how limited this was and figured I would have been able to get some in CT. I almost didn't buy any thinking I would get it from my local shop in CT. Glad I decided against that idea.

Me, my brother in law, and dad were in the right place at the right time. We each grabbed one bottle. None of us realized the limited amount of this bear. I like chocolate sombrero and I am pumped to try this.

it's funny, this is a very tasty beer but if I didn't know that Chocolate Sombrerro was the base, I'd never guess. The spicy richness of CS is gone and just mellowed by cognac. You do get a nose of spice when you sniff.

I have no willpower. Was saving it for the 4th with some friends, but I am weak. First few sip in and it felt kinda meh. After that, it's been getting more and more incredible as it starts to warm. This is a damn good beer! It's my favorite Clown Shoes brew thus far and I'm a huge fan. Buy this if you are lucky enough to come across it!
