    Has anyone seen any activity at this location? I drive by it about 3 times a day and have yet to see any type of construction going on or anyone parked out front... It looks exactly the same inside as it did 15-16 days ago..

    I haven't gone by to take a look but when I talked to a friend thats been looking to open something in the area for a bit he said he looked at that location for his place and it had sewer issues. Maybe thats scared them off or slowed them down. My buddy is looking to open a BRC like place up at bay area and space center now...

    Yeah I dont know all the details on that one, thats just why my buddy said he passed up renting there.

    They have been very vague about what the place is. U would think that they would want to build some hype about this place on social media... Apparently they posted on Facebook that they open 6-19-2014... Hey! That's today!

    Indeed, not much info but heres their facebook. 68 taps, hopefully theyll reply to my post asking for a list and a menu. They have liquor though so unless they do something funny the licensing they wont have growler fills. They have 2 bars, one for liquor and one for beer.     Talked with someone who works there.. got a feel that its similar to Republic House. The taps will begin with your shelf craft. Bottles including BMC; which bums me with the addition of liquor.. wrong crowd may peruse. Upstairs loft for private venues.

    I went last night had a beer. The food seemed pretty cool but fairly spendy. They managed to loose the keg of boiler room and the wait staff was well intended but not too knowledgable. It was a soft opening though so I'm sure they will hit a stride. I see this place being a safe place to go with friends who don't like beer to hang. They can get their thing and there will be a specs level beer on tap for you. Not too hopeful for limited beers though...

    walked in during lunch today and realized I was the only customer inside.. walked up to the bar and guy behind it said they were not open until 4 and would not be open for lunch for the next few weeks.

    I'll check it out in August and see how it is doing....

    Options are good to have... though I have Gordon Street and Nobi closer to me...

    Makes me think that they will not be craft beer focused if they are content with just standard stuff.

    Everything I saw on tap was craft but I suppose we will see how beer nerdy they get... I recognized a few people working there as staff from boons, I wouldnt be surprised if it was a similar selection.
