I saw that, basically everyone has Brazil, Germany and Argentina in the semifinals.

 

Dream situation, if it came down to our predicted final match, how crazy would that be deciding the outcome of this BIF. I vow if I win I will send a consolation box out to the last place finisher.

I haven't counted any chickens before they hatched though.

 

This guy is not looking so good anymore.....

 

I mean, if you don't want it, I'll take it as 2nd place (also undefeated but with a goal differential higher than yours) ... though you're still getting an F&M growler from our 'emotional hedging' wager... I lost that bet but it does make my bracket look pretty good right now.

I fully believe that if you win a mini-bif you owe it to the group to create one as well. Not trying to muck up my buddy Steve's mini-bif he's got going on so I'll do something that's a little easier to track. There are four game in this round coming up. Give me the total minutes of all the first four goals scored in each game.

For instance if I think the first goal scored in the four games will be in the 18th, 39th, 55th and 70th minute my guess would be: 182. If there is a game that goes to shootouts tied at 0-0 that will count for the 120th minute. This is not price is right style, closest wins it an if two people tie they will both win.

Picks must be entered before the kickoff of the France v Germany game.

if brazil and argentina bow out in this next round and germany goes through i'm liking my chances! I don't see both going out, but who knows, columbia and belgium both look dangerous.
