I like how short BGN reviews are, a beer review should only be around 5 minutes. However sometimes I think he goes overboard with how big a beer is. Sometimes I just don't get massive oak, dark fruits, and chocolate from beers he does, but that could just be differing palates.

Big fan of @dar482's show as well. Funny dude even though he's not trying to be (in the nicest way possible), and he always seems to be reviewing a beer that I'm curious about.

What I enjoy most about Beer Geek Nation is that it's concise. 7-10 minutes is too long for me and I lose interest.

I'm always blown away when someone has to shit on other people's personal tastes just because it is not their own.

    Are all my favorites.

Guys I can't stand but still check out their channels every once and awhile:

Cheertobeers - That beard has got to go. Seriously disgusting.

    Proper Hops - Bro-tastic.

Beer Geek Nation - I kind of agree with most saying he's been "over the top" lately. For about the last 30 reviews or so, after he takes his first sip, there's always the "OHH yaaaa... WOW...bourbon, chocolate, coffee..." The reviews I enjoy the most are actually where he's more critical and harsh on a beer.

The Beer Temple - Probably my favorite. Very educational and in depth (sometimes to a fault though). I also dig his sense of humor and so the videos are fun to watch.

Daniel Harper - Used to be my favorite, but he's slowed down a lot. Not sure how many of you have heard of him, but I think he used to be with Beer Geek Nation a while back. His reviews were great, but I think he had a smaller audience because he focused mainly on beers from Michigan or the Midwest.

Haha thanks! I try to keep my sarcasm alive, even though it's the not the best medium for comedy.

This is pretty much fact in my eyes. He is trained, does judging, owns and operates one of the best stores in america(beer temple in chicago) and is about to start preperation to earn his master cicerone certification. I don't know what more you could ask for when you are looking for an opinion on something.

Daniel definitely does awesome videos! I'm disappointed he has slowed down, but life gets busy and it's not always easy to sit down, film, edit and upload a video when you're busy. Hopefully he will start posting again.
