maybe you can stumble across it on tap in Philly, but you certainly won't find Pliny bottles anywhere else in PA, or the east coast for that matter.

Yeah, if he wants better food - eat at Butcher and Barkeep. For more taps, go Pizza Pub if staying closer to Hatfield/Lansdale. Or if on the north/west side of Harleysville, Ortino's Northside or Craft Ale House are other options. CJ's for bottles - but for cases of hard to find special releases (yeah it's $100-$200 for a case, but better per-bottle prices) there is some quality stuff sitting on the shelves next door at Towamencin Beverage, and at Beer Etc (Lansdale), North Penn Beverage (Souderton), and to a lesser degree, Harleysville Beverage. For a good small local brewery, he can check out the Round Guys taproom in Lansdale.
