small upstart breweries: no contact information?

    Here's a twist on your thread, something that kind of irks me. A quote from the brewery's website:

    "The LLC was organized April 9, 2012 with the intent of starting a business to include the Brewery and Pub. While at first this didn't seem like a difficult proposition, we soon found out about licensing, taxation, fees, bonds, permits, inspections and many other government hurdles that needed to be completed. While the task is not yet finished, we are well on our way and hope to be open to the public in early 2013 (real early if we have our way!) So keep checking back and we will update this site as our project matures."

    They still aren't open!:grimacing:

    Most likely he hasn't updated in a while, as their beers are clearly sold at local liquor stores, and being distributed. I doubt it is being done without a license to do so.

    Sorry for the confusion. I was referring to a brewery in WY.
