Flower Child Cans

    Aha...that helps guys. Because all the bitterness was there, but nothing but the most musty favors. Assumed the cans were in addition to bottles. No date, but it was refrigerated.

    CBC dates their bottles now. It's possible there is some Flower Child left at the brewpub, but if there isn't try it next year - it's a very good IPA, well worth seeking out.

    I saw some in Kansas City and St. Louis a couple weeks ago! :slight_smile: Awesome beer, which it were around all summer.

    They were still selling 6-packs of Flower Child at Cambridge Brewing yesterday (7/13/14).

    They also now have corked & caged bottles of Imperial Amber for sale. The price ($25) may seem a bit steep, but 100% of profits go to a local nonprofit. And it's rare that they bottle this kind of beauty.

    NB: it's 100% of the revenue, not just profits. All $25 goes to the charity.

    Also, they should call it Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Amber, since it is. Everyone knows the -bals helps.
