I just bought a case of SN Summerfest for the garage beer fridge. Costco had it for $23.99, can't beat it at that price!

Victory Summer Love and Headwaters, Troegs Sunshine Pils, and Stoudts Pils will be my staples this year. I just had some Sixpoint Apollo on this blazing hot Sunday and it was quite delicious and refreshing. I'd be remiss if that didn't show up a few more times in my fridge in the near future.

Aprihop isn't on my list for disliking it, but because I haven't had it! I'll keep it in mind, though I don't see Dogfish Head stuff much around Grand Rapids.

No, you are correct, it isn't around GR unfortunately. Early on in my craft seeking, I wanted to try DFH so bad! Somehow I saw this little place about 5 mins away from my house in Hudsonville called AJ's and decided to take a look. The had DFH! Turns out, they only sell it in Ottawa County. So you can get it in the Hudsonville/Allendale area quite easily. Just a heads up for you anyway. There are a few bottle shops just outside of GVSU that have their stuff. Not bad prices either, at least as far as craft is concerned. If you never had it, you GOTS to try it!

I think you'd like it. Aprihop, Short's AA and Freedom of '78 are 3 great fruit beers that are not what people think of when you say "fruit" beer.

I drank Southern Tier IPA on Memorial Day, and I was quite drunk by the end of it. Love the beer, but not right at over 7% on a hot day.

I recently tried Founders All Day IPA and would LOVE to have that available to me all summer. Delicious and doesn't get you trashed (as easy).

I always enjoy IPAs during the summer. Heady Topper has been great on some of the warmer days here. CBC's hefe is also a staple for my summer drinking.

Really liking the Founder's All Day IPA, New Holland Golden Cap Saison, Hennepin, and Arbor Witsun (much better than Oberon in my opinion).

Yeah Ron they did! I haven't been there in quite a while though so I'm not sure as of late. Hey there are also a couple places around GVSU that have DFH, so you could try them as well.
