    What do you think of this hop combo
    .60 Oz warrior @60
    All other hops added at steep 180 degrees
    Amarillo 4.00
    Nelson 3.00
    Ahtanum 2.50
    Mosaic 2.50
    I am using the Stone San Diego County Grist
    10 gallon batch

    I think u still need a 5 or 10 min addition and maybe a SMALLER FWH (60min) addition

    u are dry hopping, right?

    I would get rid of the 60 minute addition and do a couple of ounces of finishing hops at 15 min, 10 min, 5 min to hit your targeted ibus.

    I would go 153 for a mash temp (thats what I use for pale ales)

    Personally I'd throw some flaked wheat in there to add some body, if you are shooting for 4% ish the body usually tends to be a little thin. I've had success with adding 4-5% flaked wheat. Then again, I've only brewed up session pales with a light grain bill & Brett trois yeast.

    Some....but, the flaked wheat (or oats, or barley) will provide more and it looks like you have plenty of "cara" already (caravienne, carapils, C-60 and even the honey malt)
