Thanks for the info. I wish I lived in/near the TC (didn't get the job). GREAT BEER Selection! Capital, Summit, Schell's, and of course, Old Style.
I think Twins used to be a Duluth/Fitger's product(?), then made by Schell's. Tried it in Ames, IA about 3 years ago. I'll be driving from TC to Ames next May, any places along that drive besides TWM or Surdyk's for 6 packs, please let me know.? Thank you, and cheers!!!

This and PBR. Yuengling too if we're going to count it as an AAL, though I'm not sure the site classifies it as such. It's just as available as the other big name AALs, and right in the same price range.

Fresh "Deer Brand" from August Schell would be at the top of my list, but I am still (after all of these years) partial to the more-bitter-than-average Leinenkugel's Original, also.

Fresh LaCrosse Lager at Kramer's (a couple of hundred steps from the "Mariner's Return Room") is hard to beat.

Would have to go with Miller high life and rolling rock... would probably do the trick on a hot LA day

High Life or PBR. I personally think Yuengling smells like ass and that translates to the flavor for me.

Yuengling Traditional Lager is listed as an Amber Lager not as an AAL. Should the style listing on BA be changed. It is pretty popular here in NC but I've always thought of it as a "real" lager rather than an AAL.

I took a six-pack of Rolling Rock to a 4th of July cookout. Figured what with Independence>Philadelphia>Pennsylvania. I used to drink RR with a Philly cheese-steak--perfect. Then I read the label. It is now made in MO and the words on the back are now introduced with "We proudly quote the original bottle message." Old Latrobe? Mountain springs? Bulls**t. Guess I haven't paid attention. I'm now done with RR.

I don't always drink cheap macro beer, but when I do, I prefer PBR. (Dos Equis made me a lot less interesting after it caused shittingofthepants syndrome)
