I think Wicked Weed's French World Cup beer was a saison with mushrooms as well.

Well, seems to me that spandex works wonders.

Westbrook is on double secret probation.

And the first rule of double secret probation is don't talk about double secret probation.

Who is putting up a smoke screen? No one posting here works there.

I had a beet sour at Westbrook a couple weeks ago. I forget the name, Lukus or something, I think it was a Stillwater beer. I didnt like it, cause it tasted like beets, and it turns out I dont like beets. But I guess thats my own fault, what was I expecting?

The Faunta Flora version was very subtle, but very red. It was earthy, but still had a nice brightness about it. Easy to drink and well made. I happen to like beets, so I was prepared!

Dean Wormer was able to find the truth with decisive action, years of experience, and the support of a great wife. Double secret probation is some scary stuff.

I tried the same beer there a couple of months ago. Believe it was an Evil Twin beer.

LuksusOne. It was an ET beer, soured like Gose with beet powder and licorice root

These are the names I've thought of; Dorcheddah's Finest, Leeds Lager, Nassau St. Heat, Upper King Upper Cut, etc...

I wanted to do one at WB. We named one "imaginary" beer "this shit right here", it may have been the malt liquor
